christmas event - secret santa
Welcome to Secret Santa! This is your chance to give cards away anonymously to all your favourite traders, all in the spirit of the winter season! Check out how the game works below.
Please note: This is a voluntary game, you are not obligated to give away cards (but it's really fun so I encourage you to play!)
Step One - Make a thread for yourself! Leave a comment on this post with your own name as the title and a link to your own page. Alternatively you could also just list what you might like to get from your secret santa in the comment. If you'd like an example, look here to see my comment from last year's game.
Step Two - Reply to other peoples comments with cards for them! Check their posts and see if you have anything in your trade pile you can give them. Please make sure to sign out of your dreamwidth account in order to ensure that your comment is anonymous. You are welcome to leave cards or currency for all your favourite traders! Please remember to remove whatever your give away from your own post (you can list things that you give in your logs as 'Event: card00, colorpotion' etc.)
PLEASE NOTE: that since the comments are anonymous image and link codes will not link properly. Instead, simply list your gifts in text. See and example here.
Step Three - Have fun and have a happy winter!
If you have any questions, leave them in the thread below.
