OT3 Badge Claims
Is your favorite pairing a threesome? Have you accepted and beaten the challenge of collecting your favorite three-way pairing? Then you can claim a badge in this post! You get a custom made badge with the image of your choice that includes the three characters in your OT3 to prove your achievement of colleting these characters! This service is optional and only for fun! Keep in mind that you don't get any extra rewards in addition to the achievement badge.

RULES
+You have to master ALL of the decks for your OT3 to claim this badge! This would mean mastering chara1-chara2, chara2-chara3 and chara1-chara3. You have to collect each single deck twice and pair them with the other characters to be able to claim an OT3 mastery badge. When filling the form, please provide a link to your masteries thread in the 'Proof' section.
+Please provide an image that includes ALL THREE CHARACTERS. Both fanart and official art are allowed just make sure that it can be cropped to fit the template. Your image's rating must be below PG-13. Images with gore or adult content such as full nudity and explict sex will not be accepted.
+If possible, please upload your image to an image sharing site like Imageshack or Photobucket or your own server. Do not hot-link from sites that will not show the image. The only sites allowed to link to are Zerochan, Minitokyo or Animepaper.
+The order in which you list the deck names will be the order in which they will appear listed in the mastery. Notice also the the color border for the mastery badge will be the color of the deck you list first.
+If you'd like a particular crop on your master badge, the dimensions are 194 pixels wide per 98 pixels tall. If you crop the picture yourself though, I will refrain from any further editing to the image unless you specifically ask for it.
