You can do it here, there's no rule against it but I'd prefer a new thread personally. Mostly because I delete emails quickly and can potentially skip over you (as soon as I see shop stuff I delete to de-clutter the inbox). Usually I'm good at spotting these comments, I think, but I could potentially ignore you by accident.
