Connections – Round 10

Welcome to a wonderful special round of Connections! In this game, you must find the connection between two characters I give you, although because it's a special round, you get more cards for finding two different connections!

They both have books in which they can interact with various spirits (actual spirits in Takashi's case, shinigami in Light's case), they can both see various spirits (again, actual spirits in Takashi's case and the Shinigami in Light's case *when in possession of the Death Note*). They both deal in contracts (Takashi dissolving most of the spirits' contracts in the book and Light's contract with Ryuk) and both of their books are highly sought-after (being the Book of Friends and the various Death Notes)

*I hope that's okay, I'm not very familiar with "Natsumi's Book of Friends" and it's been ages since I read Death Note*

both natsume and light have a notebook in which there are certain names! in natsume's book, he has the names of youkai, and then in light's notebook, light can write names down and then people die. O____O

They're both in possession of 'supernatural' books that writing names in has power over (to kill or release) the person/spirit of that name - but only when picturing the face of the person/spirit. They're also accompanied by someone who wants the book and will get it after their deaths.

o1. they both have notebooks that possess special powers. with natsume, it's the yuujincho which forms a contract of sorts with the ayakashi and binds them using their name; with light, it's the death note.
o2. they both have ... "morality" pets lmfao? well, not exactly morality pets but they are being followed around by spirits (nyanko, who is an inugami, and ryuk, who is a shinigami).
