second is the ushiromiya mansion on rokkenjima from umineko no naku koro ni ~~though i almost typed in phantomhive manor wewew~~.

For the second one I was looking more for the name of who owns the mansion! Ushiromiya mansion to be exact~ (Otherwise it's just another mansion q___q) but you did get the series!
