summer was all about racking up life experiences: being sent to the province, fetching eggs, feeding pigs, falling into carabao dung, getting into car accidents . . . good times, good times.

Anyway, my summer was fairly uneventful. Possibly going to be the last uneventful summer vacation in my life because I don't think I'll have summer vacations when I get a job... somewhere... once some company takes pity on me...

my summer has been pretty zzzzzzz. too hot to be social zzzzzzzzzzz. jk jk i've been to wonderland (canada amusement park) like 3405983405 times already in the last month and that's about it hurr.

orangepeels has been visiting me for the last couple weeks because we live far apart <3. and at the end of August I'm planning on taking a trip with my friends to Bamfield, BC which is a very, very small town on the northern tip of the island I live on! I won't have internet access for a week or so but I'll be able to watch tons of anime while surrounded by nature (':

I had summer school for the first month. It was sort of boring, but hey, with the new mark I got I'll be able to get into AP so I'm not complaining. I'm actually by myself for a month now though D: It's scary!

We don't really have seasons in the country I live, but we do have an August break! Except I don't get one because summer school |:
I spent my July trying to finish my semester with good marks and I started a Latin course at summer school on the 30th, so my break will be full of homework lajdkaj. Hopefully during the weekends I'll still be able to catch up with the anime season! There are a few shows I'm planning on finishing from the current season.

I have had a pretty boring summer. Vacation started back in April for me, and in April...haha I did a lot of things with friends but it pretty much died in July-ish. The novelty of summer worn off by then.

I was supposed to go to Chicago at the end of July-didn't work out, then the person I was going to visit was going to come here instead-which just fell through. So I have no plans on going anywhere, except I might head to Buffalo for shopping with danybel in a week or so OR we might spend the entire day in Toronto shopping, depends on which is cheaper. We are deciding that in a couple of days...

I also wanted to go to the CNE (Canadian National Exhibition), I go every year to watch the airshow, but I can't this year because I'm working.

So to conclude. I've done nothing this summer.

So far it's been pretty uneventful. I've seen a bunch of movies and went out with my friends a couple times, but that's pretty much it. The most exciting thing so far I haven't done yet... I'm leaving for the Ren Faire in about an hour.

Oddly enough, summer was quite stressful (and very hot, we've been breaking heat records like crazy here!) but some good news has come out of it: I'm starting a new job come the latter half of the month. I'm really hoping it's something that'll come easily to me and that I can do well at it but, as always, we'll see. I've got about a month of training before then to get me up to snuff so here's hoping it's going to be great!

My summer's been really hot, but I don't think we're breaking any heat records because it's always like this. *A*

I've been going out with friends, watching a lot of movies (our local theater has made so much money off us), and I went to both Disneyland/Cali Adventure and Universal Studios. It's been a pretty fun break, except I feel like I'm melting whenever I go outside. Now I'm just waiting for classes to start again. uAu

my summer has been sucky, ok not reall,y i've spent all of my free time playing video games (tales of thr Abyss and Tales of Vesperia which I haven't finished, and now KH3D)
I had summer school until last week and I haven't done much at all except hang out with my friends once in a while
I had plans to go out shopping with Jen but yeah....... no clue what happens now pffft
the only thing I actually have planned is going to Orlando with my family at the end of August
oh Friday I went to a mall in Toronto I've never been to before, and there was a huge LEGO store and I fell in love with it.

I have been playing a lot of games though (thinking). And cooking. I GUESS IT IS MOSTLY JUST A NORMAL SUMMER FOR THE MOST PART? I did manage to go the beach once too even though I'm not a beach person. :B

But it's raining and it's the middle of the semester now...

OKAY over the summer, I finished the entire Percy Jackson series, had to study for a final exam retake, had to study AGAIN to retake a part of the retake, and had all the RP ever. Summer was also when I first joined Pairings.

I did go to the beach, but all I ever did was splash around in knee-deep water because I had an ear infection and couldn't go swimming. T_T

Well my sister left for Argentina, so I have the house all to myself for 3 weeks.... I am excited because I have to cook for myself (I am spoiled womanchild and I don't like to cook at all) Today I prepared homemade tomato sauce and it was pretty ok! c:

summer vacation is okay, the weather could be better really... but okay I just hope it doesn't go all sunny when I need to start my internship! I also arranged a house in Belgium with 12 of my friends and we are going to leave this Friday for a whole week and do a lot of fun things liking rafting! Looking forwards to that.

Somehow, this summer was a bit of a drag because I've actually been looking forward to going back to school, to be honest. Pretty much, I sat around and did nothing all summer long, but hey, school's going to come in another month, so. Work's been really quiet and I think that everything else just about falls into place once september hits again. Although I dread about the money loss I am going to go under once school starts and books will have to bought.

Summer isn't really any different than the rest of the year for me, just work and Uni and sites & stuff. I just finished up my last Uni course at the end of July so I'm free until October, which is nice.

We got a new cat (#8) - that's about the most exciting thing that's happened ^^;

In my country it's summer all year around XD but if we're talking about summer as in vacations, then it's just starting. And well after summer I'll have to deal with a bunch of annoying shit, so I don't want it to be over just yet -_-

This break has been really similar to last year's, I've spent a lot of time with my mom and, as I did last year, I'm taking japanese classes during the whole month. I'm also using the break to catch up with all the stuff I started reading/watching during the semester...
