IMPORTANT NOTICE!
We already found two new mods, thank you so much for the help! However I'm the bringer of bad news because another staff member has to go on urgent hiatus and both Joyce and I are really busy with real life things. We can definitely deliver the next release, and a lot of things are not run by us so others can take care of them, but we can't promise to keep on top of everything since our jobs and school take priority here. We've kept the TCG running for 2 years without a hiatus because we know it could make players lose interest, but we're really considering this possibility knowing the tough situation we're in right now.
What we want to do is do a one-month hiatus from June 8th to July 5th, but we're not sure how much this could effect on the TCG activity once we come back... The least thing we want is for players to lose interest so we have a proposal: Would you prefer if we go on full hiatus until July or would you rather have some activities available until we come back? We're looking into the possibility of still posting games or having weekly freebies instead. If you have any other suggestions, we're definitely open to them!
Mods: would you be willing to still do your duties even if the TCG goes on partial hiatus?
One thing would be sure: deck donations, masteries and level ups would go on hiatus during this period. It's really important for us that all players at least have a say in this! Please leave your opinion and help us decide what would be best for the community. We know a month seems like an awfully long time, but we're sure that by then things will be more calm for us and we will be able to focus more on the TCG. Sorry for this, I hope you all understand and can still support us!

However, if you want to do like cute month-long mini games or something and have prizes handed out at the end of it, I'd be willing to help out. Either way, I'm good with whatever you decide to do, and I'll def still be here!

because I think freebies is a "game."And I don't know if count as a mod, but I would be willing to do whatever I have to during that time.

If deck donations will be on hiatus though, it might be a better idea to push the June release to July? Then there wouldn't be a skip in a release when you came back, and it would push activity back up when the TCG returned!

I definitely think games or mini-games and freebies during this period is a good idea, just so players who are around have a way to earn cards. And I'd also think it might be a good idea to keep some services open (like the shop or the exchange or the singles' claim, though only if those mods are willing and able to keep them running during June) too.
But like Celi I'm okay with whatever you guys decide and I'll be here either way /o/!

I do like the idea of a month-long mini games and just regular games going would be ok.

Whatever we can do to help. I know I can't do much in my current capabilities with time but you know us mods are behind you!

I agree with

a partial hiatus sounds like the best idea tbh have some random cute games that are easy to get rewards and some of the regular games and we'll be ok
I'm kinda against the whole not release for june and/or july because there has already been a release-less month in pairings not long ago and it would make it look really bad if another one happens. And again following this same idea, there can be a long june release and a small july one that will go on at the middle of the month so that everyone gets something (If that makes sense) or divide the decks done for june in two and post half in june, half in july, of course telling the people that donated when their decks will be up, 1 per person for month should do the trick. Again I'm just saying this because no release doesn't seem like the best option to me

Also I'm fine with postponing the June release, if only so the mods can lighten the load for this month and the next, and it'd make sense with deck donations being temporarily on hold.

Everyone have real life responsabilities that are top priority and I'm sure other people are that busy as well, so I think everyone will understand.
And since it is only a month of Hiatus I do not think players would lose interest, or at least not that much.
I agree with Lee above, that you should push the next release to July so when the TCG returned, it can come back with all the energy!! It can interest other people that were not in Pairings before too!
Also, I think it will lighten the work for you, since it won't be giving you extra stuff to do, like new decks for July release and whatnot.
You guys have been giving us your 120% all this time and if you really need to pause for a while, you have all my support. WE'll see you soon anyways! :D

I wouldn't mind some having some small activities or freebies available but do what's manageable for you! I'll still be around after the hiatus, regardless!
Also, if there's anything I can do mod-duty wise just let me know! I'm not in classes right now and my work is super regular and leaves me with lots of spare time so I'd be happy to help out anyway I can.

I don't mind either tcg status - hiatus/mini-hiatus - if you need to go away for awhile, go. Don't stay just because you think you have to or the tcg will fall apart. I tried this with my tcg and it was so stressful on myself. If you need to leave because you are busy and cannot commit full time, feel free to take a break. No one would be mad or disappointed. - 3 -b
Concerning mini-games, like I said, if you can handle it sure, if you dont think you can without being around, then dont!
