New rule at the Exchange

This has been the week of changes, apparently. As you might have notice, I've been revising the rules and guidelines for the services this week and the Exchange service was not an exception. I noticed that due to the rate that allows people to exchange 1 special for two singles a lot of special cards go to the singles' claims pile and it alarms me that this part of the pile grows too much since the amount of single cards going out from the pile is really small as players can claim only 1 weekly.

So starting today players will be able to use rate 02 only once a week! This means you can exchange only 1 special card weekly for single cards.
Players can still exchange others special cards for 2 choice specials, however. There's already a rule regarding this in the exchange.

I think this will be the last revision or rules for services, really. I hope it's not too hard to get used to, but I honestly believe this will make the game run more smoothly.
